Insurance & Fees
Can I afford this, and will my insurance work?
Fees, policies, and expectations are reviewed prior to beginning therapy to ensure transparency and informed consent. Below you’ll find how we handle payment, session rates, and options to make care more accessible.
Insurance
Enlightened Empowerment LLC currently operates as a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance at this time. This model allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care tailored to your specific needs.
Free Consultation
A free 15-minute consultation is available to discuss your needs, answer questions, and ensure the practice is a good fit before beginning services.
Session Fees
Transparent pricing for therapy sessions.
- Initial Evaluation (90 minutes): $200
- Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $150
- Couples Therapy (50 minutes): $180
Fees, policies, and expectations will be reviewed prior to beginning therapy to ensure transparency and informed consent.
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) & Reasonable Accommodation Documentation
For clients without an existing therapeutic relationship: starting at $400
For established clients: starting at $100
Fees vary based on the time required for clinical assessment, documentation length, and administrative coordination.
For individuals who are not currently engaged in therapy with the practice, the ESA/Reasonable Accommodation process includes a comprehensive clinical assessment to determine medical necessity and appropriateness. Documentation is provided only when clinically indicated and in accordance with ethical guidelines and applicable laws.
For established clients, documentation fees reflect administrative time required for review, assessment updates (if needed), and preparation of appropriate letters.
Sliding Scale
Enlightened Empowerment LLC is committed to increasing access to care. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship.
Sliding scale rates range from $25–$100 per session, based on availability.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. This estimate is available upon request prior to beginning treatment.
