Individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore emotions, identity, relationships, trauma, and personal growth. Sessions focus on strengthening emotional regulation, increasing self-awareness, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
Couples therapy supports partners in improving communication, rebuilding trust, navigating conflict, and strengthening emotional connection. All couples participate in individual meetings with the therapist prior to joint sessions to assess safety, readiness, and therapeutic fit.
Premarital counseling helps couples build a strong foundation by exploring communication styles, values, expectations, conflict resolution, and long-term goals, with individual consultations scheduled before joint sessions.
For clients who qualify, Enlightened Empowerment LLC provides Emotional Support Animal and reasonable accommodation documentation when clinically indicated and in accordance with ethical guidelines and applicable laws.
